WIFI:

WIFI is complementary to all guests. The network is BNG Resort Guest and require the same password.

Check-In:

Check-in time is anytime after 2:00pm

Remarks : No one under 18 years of age is allowed to enter alone.

Smoking:

The Bangnu Greenery Resort is smoke-free. Smoking is allowed in designated areas throughout BNG Resort property. If evidence of smoking is detected in a guest’s room, we will charge an additional fee of THB 2000 (plus taxes) to the guest to cover cleaning.

บางนุกรีนเนอรี่รีสอร์ท ปลอดบุหรี่ อนุญาตให้สูบบุหรี่ได้ในพื้นที่ที่กำหนดทั่วบริเวณรีสอร์ท หากตรวจพบหลักฐานการสูบบุหรี่ในห้องพักของผู้เข้าพัก เราจะเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติม 2000 บาท (บวกภาษี) จากผู้เข้าพักเพื่อเป็นค่าทำความสะอาด

Check-Out:

Check-out time is 11:00am. Guests will be charged a late check out fee after 12:30pm of THB500 – 1000. If guests have not checked-out after 15:00pm, they will automatically be charged for an additional night of full room & tax.

Remark : Charge of THB300 for loss of key card or non-return.

เวลาเช็คเอาท์ก่อน 11:00 น. ผู้เข้าพักจะถูกเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมเช็คเอาท์ล่าช้าหลังเวลา 12:30 น. เป็นจำนวนเงิน 500 – 1000 บาท หากผู้เข้าพักไม่เช็คเอาท์หลังเวลา 15:00 น. จะถูกเรียกเก็บเงินค่าห้องพักเต็มจำนวนพร้อมภาษีเพิ่มเติมโดยอัตโนมัติ

หมายเหตุ: ค่าธรรมเนียมการสูญหายคีย์การ์ด 300 บาท หรือไม่นำมาคืน

Furry Friends:

The Bangnu Greenery Resort is pet friendly in the garden , balconies, surrounding areas for a fee of THB 200 – 700 per stay, per pet. Service animals are welcome. We follow the DLD’s definition of Service Animal: an animal specifically trained to perform a task for a disabled person. Disabilities include physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual or other mental disabilities. Please note: Emotional Support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the DLD.

Pool: (Under planning)

No lifeguard is on duty and children must be accompanied by an adult. Salt water chlorination, towels are provided, and pool access is limited to registered Bangnu Greenery Resort guests only. MOPH law restricts guests from bringing/consuming alcohol in the pool patio that is not purchased through the Bangnu Greenery Resort.

ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยประจำการ และเด็กต้องมาพร้อมกับผู้ใหญ่ สระมีการเติมคลอรีนในน้ำเกลือ ผ้าเช็ดตัว และจำกัดการเข้าใช้สระว่ายน้ำเฉพาะแขกที่ลงทะเบียนกับบางนุกรีนเนอรี่ รีสอร์ท เท่านั้น กฎหมาย MOPH ห้ามไม่ให้แขกนำ/ดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์เข้ามาในบริเวณสระว่ายน้ำ หากไม่ได้ซื้อผ่าน บางนุกรีนเนอรี่ รีสอร์ท

Photography:

Guests staying at the Bangnu Greenery Resort may photograph freely throughout the hotel, however professional photographers and staged photo shoots of any kind are prohibited unless approved by the Bangnu Greenery Resort Event Director. Scheduled elopement clients can only take wedding photos at the Bangnu Greenery Resort Gardens.

Events:

The Bangnu Greenery Resort is an all-inclusive event venue and the BNG Gardens, Restaurant, Coffee shop and other BNG Properties, Inc venues require coordination of event staff. Non-approved events such as elopements will be subject to more than THB 2000 fee.

บางนุกรีนเนอรี่ รีสอร์ท เป็นสถานที่จัดงานแบบครบวงจร ส่วนสวนป่า, ร้านอาหาร ร้านกาแฟ และสถานที่จัดงานอื่นๆ ของสถานที่พัก จำเป็นต้องประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่รีสอร์ท กิจกรรมที่ไม่ได้รับการอนุมัติ เช่น พิธีแต่งงานแบบอีโลปเมนท์ จะมีค่าธรรมเนียม 2000 บาทขึ้น

Valuable:

Bangnu Greenery Resort is not responsible for belongings inside vehicles in the parking lot.

In the event that valuables are found on the hotel premises, the hotel will hold them for a period of 180 days to return them to the owner who can provide proof of ownership. If this number of days is exceeded, the hotel reserves the right to take appropriate action against the stored property. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss of property during the storage period.

ในกรณีที่พบทรัพย์สินมีค่าภายในบริเวณโรงแรม โรงแรมจะยึดทรัพย์สินดังกล่าวไว้เป็นเวลา 180 วัน เพื่อส่งคืนให้กับเจ้าของที่สามารถแสดงหลักฐานการเป็นเจ้าของได้ หากเกินจำนวนวันดังกล่าว โรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการดำเนินการที่เหมาะสมกับทรัพย์สินที่จัดเก็บไว้ โรงแรมจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายหรือสูญหายของทรัพย์สินใดๆ ในระหว่างระยะเวลาที่จัดเก็บ

The hotel shall not be liable for any damage or loss of guests’ valuables under any circumstances.

• โรงแรมจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายหรือการสูญหายของทรัพย์สินมีค่าของผู้เข้าพักไม่ว่าในกรณีใดๆ

No equipment/appliances or hotel property may be removed from the room. If a guest is found violating this rule, the hotel will charge the full amount of the room and suspend the use of the room without refund in any case.

ห้ามนำอุปกรณ์/เครื่องใช้ หรือทรัพย์สินของโรงแรมออกจากห้องพัก หากพบว่าผู้เข้าพักฝ่าฝืนกฎนี้ โรงแรมจะเรียกเก็บเงินเต็มจำนวนสำหรับห้องพัก และระงับการใช้ห้องพักโดยไม่คืนเงินในทุกกรณี
